One minute, to enter a location (local DMV office)....:
Lets see, how it works...:

1.) Go to: http://www.dmv.ca.gov/

2,) It is probably tis contact information, one would have to enter:
http://www.dmv.ca.gov/contacts/contacts.htm

I conclude, that you have like 50 main state offices, and the other 1950 offices are the local dmv offices:

Actually, it would be all within one single dot .tel domain, I guess, which gives me this scheme:

Well, that is it! And it looks like it does only take about two minutes for one entry! Ha!...
